Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms apply to website use and purchases of digital 3D products and related services provided by Genbrains.
2. Contract formation
Product listings are invitations to place an order. A contract is formed once we accept your order and confirm payment processing.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown before checkout. Applicable VAT and fees are displayed during purchase where required.
4. Digital product license
Unless a custom agreement applies, you receive a non-exclusive license to use purchased assets for lawful business and creative projects. Resale of raw source files as standalone products is prohibited.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
6. Refunds
Refund handling for digital content follows applicable EU/German consumer and contract law and the specific checkout terms presented before order completion.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and where mandatory law applies. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this contract type.
8. Governing law
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer's country of residence.
